This program is designed for Advanced Students to apply the unique lens of personality type in creating transformational coaching conversations. 
The program is designed to teach you all the foundational skills you'll need to create impactful coaching sessions.

What you'll be learning?

  • Discover the three most powerful questions used as a foundation for every coaching conversation to give you a simple blueprint for creating a transformational conversation  
  • ​​​Explore the different roles of a coach and how to discern when to use which coaching voice in a session to bring your coaching client what they need
  • ​Understand a 5-part structure for every coaching session to bring leadership to your conversation 
  • ​Identify how to deeply listen to what your client is saying versus what they really mean in order to filter to the statements that mean the most 
  • ​Uncover how to correlate statements said in a coaching conversation through the lens of their unique personality type 
  • ​Accelerate your ability to ask powerful questions in real time to gain the experience necessary to get to the root cause no matter what your client brings to a conversation 
  • ​Conceptualize how to get your client to take psychological ownership over their decisions and actions discussed during a coaching session. 
  • ​Develop an understanding of how to bridge one coaching conversation to the next in order to create accountability for your client and your ability to create longer-term coaching package

Unlocked for: Anyone who has completed Profiler Training 101 (core content + Live Event) 
Class Format
  • Monthly interactive trainings (recorded)
  • ​Monthly application exercises
  • ​Comes with a Live Event in-person Ticket with some days of targeted Personality Coaching Content (in-person)
Time Commitment
Please give yourself 1-2 hours per week to complete the assignments. In addition, you’ll be having two live calls per month (around 2 hours)

If accepted into the program, this deposit will be applied to your (first) tuition payment. If not, we will refund you the full amount.

  • Having completed Profiler Training 101 Core Content
  • ​Attended at least ONE in-person Profiler Training Live Event

Meet Your Instructor

Gary is a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) practitioner and became obsessed with human behavior as a middle school student. He has a background in coaching authors and public education—serving as an urban educator, instructional coach, and dean. He holds degrees in psychology, communication, leadership, and secondary education.

Gary has worked with hundreds of one-on-one coaching clients, conducted thousands of one-on-one coaching calls, and impacted thousands through his personality-based team workshops. Gary has been the head coach of a team of coaches where he provided leadership for department, directly managing other coaches, call reviews, and providing direct coaching feedback on a weekly basis for two years. Gary has also built his own coaching business serving clients in personal development and helping online business owners.

Gary has been recruited internationally to speak and provide leadership, coaching training and coaching facilitation. Gary was also recruited to be a founding faculty member teaching Leadership Development & Coaching Principles at a Tunisian university. He has also published an internationally bestselling book introducing the concept of Myers-Briggs as a foundation for supporting others through change and transition.

Everything Gary does is to inspire others to stop and think so that they can imagine a better future for our world.
