What makes the Enneagram so powerful?

The Enneagram is an ancient system of wisdom encoded into a nine pointed symbol. Each layer of the symbol has meaning, which Beatrice & Uranio teach in the program.

But here’s the gist:

The Enneagram looks at human functioning based on three centers of intelligence: head, heart, and body.

Head types focus on traditional, modern descriptions of intelligence and thinking

Heart types focus on emotion, feeling and wanting connection

Body types focus on gut knowing, kinesthetic intelligence, whether to take action

Within these three centers of intelligence are three different type patterns of how you live within that center of intelligence.

3 centers X 3 type patterns = 9 Types.

Once you find your type (the center of intelligence and the type patterns of how you live within that center), you get A LOT of information quickly:

— Insights about why you do what you do
— Patterns of attention
— Where you place your focus (and what to avoid)
— Blindspots

…and you learn how you can use this information in personal growth.

The Enneagram Instincts

Each of 9 types has three versions based on which instinctual drive is most prominent in your experience.

What is an instinctual drive? There are three:

— Self-preservation
— Social
— Sexual (or, 1-to-1 bonding)

9 types X 3 instinctual drives = 27 Subtypes.

Once you discover which of the 27 subtypes you are you have even more information: more nuance, more specific knowledge about your focus of attention, patterns, automatic unconscious habits that you get caught up in without being aware of it…

And you can learn so much more about:

— The “self”
— Your strengths and challenges
— Your default modes of operating that sometimes work AND sometimes get you in trouble

Now you have the freedom of choice. You have the freedom to break out of habits and manifest higher potential. To become more of who you are instead of being constricted by old habits associated with your personality.

This Starter Kit Walks You Step-By-Step Through
Your Enneagram Personal Growth Process

(Read details of each module and what we teach)

Starting down a new personal growth path can often feel challenging.
Read these module descriptions to get a sense of how this program lays out a personal growth program tailored for your personality.
Module 1: Introduction To The Enneagram
We start with an introduction to the Enneagram, an overview of the model and how it can be used as a Personality typology system of its own.

Next, you will learn about the concept of integrating the shadows, and how the Enneagram helps us do that.

Finally, we end this module with a discussion about the avenue of growth that the Enneagram model offers.
Module 3: Self-Observation & Action Steps
Now that you have a good sense of what it means to be an Enneagram Type 4 in the Enneagram System, it's time to start taking your first steps towards growth.

In this module, we will give you a step-by-step approach for turning insights from the Enneagram model into growth. Take your time as you go through each of these steps - remember that true growth happens once you act upon what you learned.

First Steps Towards Growth

1) The starting point with the Enneagram is always self-observation. We will highlight some Enneagram 4 key tendencies and blind spots that you will want to start observing within yourself.

2) Then, we'll present to you what the overall growth path looks like for you, as an Enneagram 4. This will give you a high-level map for what growth looks like for this type, in a zoomed-out way

3) Finally, we will get more specific. We will be showing concrete ways to gradually move from Enneagram type 4's Passion to Virtue.

We will close out with practical action steps you will want to start implementing in your day-to-day life to counter the Key Tendencies you've observed earlier in this module.
Module 2: Overview of Enneagram Type 4
Now that we've introduced you to the Enneagram model, it's time to dive into more specific concepts and explore what it means to be an Enneagram Type 4.

Most lessons in this module will consist of 2 videos.

The first video (blue) will introduce you to a foundational concept in the Enneagram model, and the second video will zoom into how this applies to the Enneagram type 4 (purple).
Module 4: Continued Learning &
Deepening Growth
The practices we unpack in this module deepen your Enneagram growth journey and really build upon all the work you've started doing in Module 3 (so if you make sure to go back and implement some of these action steps first!).

While Module 3 was all about growing within your Core Enneagram Type 4, this module highlights other effective leverage points within the Enneagram symbol that you can use to deepen your growth as an Enneagram Type 4.

First, we'll be exploring using other Enneagram types for growth: both your "neighbor" types on the symbol (wings) and your arrow-line connected types (arrows). You'll be introduced to the ways and rationale behind using these different points and practical steps to do so.

Then, we'll dive into using the instincts. This is where we look at ways to focus your growth specifically to your Enneagram subtype (type 4 + your dominant instinct).

Finally, we'll close off by casting a vision for why this work matters and why you owe it to yourself to really act on everything you've taken the time to learn in this program.
       Module 5: Toolbox & Bonuses
This module is designed to be a toolbox you can use for your personal growth. We will be expanding this archive of Enneagram resources over time. Some of the key elements include a Q&A session that Beatrice & Uranio hosted live.
